Group Classes

We offer various group classes for our clients! Our classes are listed to the right with a brief description, as well as when you can sign up. For every class attended, you will receive Baby Bucks, which can be used in our Baby Boutique, and an item for your diaper bag. A support person is always welcome to attend with you! If you have any questions about these classes or would like to sign up for them, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us!

  • Sign up at any time during pregnancy. Prepare to keep your baby safe with basic infant and child CPR, first aid, and home safety tips. This is not a certification course.

  • Schedule between 30+ weeks of pregnancy. Offered once a month, typically the 2nd Wednesday. Meet with our Childbirth Educator for instruction and to answer questions concerning the delivery and birth of your child.

  • Schedule between 30+ weeks of pregnancy. Offered once a month, typically on the 1st Wednesday. Learn about topics on breastfeeding, pumping and storing milk, possible difficulties, and more tips to make breastfeeding successful.

  • Sign up any time during pregnancy. Offered once a month, typically on a Monday. Learn about nutrition during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, and during the baby’s first years.

  • Sign up as soon as you complete your 3rd Visit to receive a free, new car seat! Learn how to properly install your baby’s car seat with a CPST.

  • Sign up any time during pregnancy. Learn how to manage your finances with Engage Federal Credit Union representative.

  • This foundational parenting education class, Baby Basics, introduces parents to essential newborn and infant care. Topics include safe sleep foundations, feeding routines, soothing techniques, developmental milestones, and building confidence during the early months of parenting.

  • Cradled in Care is a safe bathing and safe sleeping presenation that focuses on infant safety, including American Academy of Pediatrics safe sleep recommendations and proper bathing techniques. This class supports parents in creating safe daily routines at home.

  • This peer support for mothers group, Mom to Mom, offers a welcoming space for mothers to connect, share experiences and receive encouragement during pregnancy and early parenting. Group discussions focus on emotional support, practical parenting challenges, and community connection. Guest speakers will provide a wide array of perspectives and practical tools.

  • Nourishing Little Ones covers feeding from infancy through early toddlerhood, including breastfeeding support, formula feeding, introduction of solid foods, foods to avoid, and establishing healthy eating habits.
