Plans are underway for our Mistletoe Market at the 99th Annual Christmas “Festival of Lights” in Natchitoches on Saturday, December 6, 2025.
The Women’s Resource Center hosts a craft area at this event each year as a fundraiser to assist our ministry in helping women in difficult life situations including unplanned pregnancies. This is a very important event for us!
We provide booth spaces in the downtown area on the parade route for the sale of arts and crafts, prepackaged food, and other items to the public crowd attending the festival.

Rules & Regulations
APPLICATION PERIOD: July 1, 2025 -November 21, 2025 at 9AM (or when spaces are sold out).
Payment is due 30 days from invoice date until October 21, 2025.
LOCATION: City Bank parking lots on the corner of 2nd Street and St. Denis Street in downtown Natchitoches
BOOTH
10’ x 10’ for $145.00 each
Booths availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis
PARKING
We only have 11 parking spaces available, once they are sold vendors are responsible for finding their own parking. Price per parking space $25.00
These spots are the size of an average parking spot—No Trailers-plan accordingly.

VENDOR PREPARATION
Arrival time is assigned before the event to help with the ease of unloading. Please follow this arrival time as closely as possible.
Vendors aren’t allowed to set up the night before
Streets are closed downtown from 7:00a.m.-7:00p.m. Make plans to stay until after the fireworks or streets open.
You must bring your own tables, table covers, chairs, tents 10’ x 10’, etc.
Festival packet with assigned booth numbers will be emailed to you on the Monday before festival day.
Tax forms will be given out at the time of the check-in or mailed out for collecting and remitting local and state sales taxes.
Cell phone towers are maxed out with the influx of people and are sometimes unreliable from 8 am to 8 pm—plan accordingly!!
Spaces must be left clean—all debris removed
Festival armbands are available to purchase $15. Children 6 and under are free. https://www.natchitocheschristmas.com
RESTRICTIONS
No obscene, occult, or profane items are to be displayed or sold.
No live animals are permitted except for certified service animals.
There is NO PROVISION for ELECTRICITY or WATER.
NO GENERATORS of any kind are allowed per City Bank & Trust.
Smoking is prohibited in the market area.
CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
Your booth space is not guaranteed until we receive payment.
We will send a PayPal invoice by email.
Payment can be done by debit/credit card as well through the PayPal invoice.
All unpaid invoices are invalid after October 21, 2025.
There are NO REFUNDS for any reason, and this is non-negotiable
